JAXON VINEYARDS embodies the very best of the Rogue Valley: optimum growing conditions for its Rhone and Spanish varietals, quintessential vineyard scenery and everything for the visitor, from fabulous wine to horseshoes and bocce ball. The combination reflects the ambition and hard work of Jamie and Katherine McCleary who bought the property as a former pear orchard in 2008 and turned it into the vineyard behind a label that has consistently won critical acclaim since its inaugural 2011 vintage.

To bring out the unique terroir of their Fern Valley fruit, the McClearys chose Rob Folin of Folin Cellars to craft their wines. Folin’s award-winning style has garnered JAXON multiple 90+ ratings and too many gold medals to list here.

Only slightly less important than the stellar reputation of their wines is the park-like outdoor setting the McClearys have created to share with others. The view from the terrace, Jamie McCleary says, is hard to describe in words other than “Wow!” Visitors are encouraged to roam the vineyard, garden and orchard or simply sit and admire the scenic beauty while enjoying a gourmet small plate and a flight. Either way, once you get to Jaxon Vineyards, you won’t want to leave.
