An Authentic Method Champenoise in Southern Oregon from Maison Jussiaume
MEDFORD, OR – 2/08/2018 – Maison Jussiaume is pleased to announce the release of their anticipated 2015 Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine. Hand-crafted, rigidly following the traditional Champenoise Method of Production, the 2015 Blanc de Blancs wine uses 100% chardonnay grapes, single-vineyard-sourced in the Rogue Valley.
Blanc de Blancs is considered to be the most challenging sparkling wine to make, and has long been the choice of serious oenophiles. Aged for over 17 months, this cuvee is defined by its freshness, elegance, and complexity.
Jean-Michel Jussiaume inherited his passion for the art and craft of winemaking on his Family’s Estate in the Loire Valley of FRANCE. He now produces extremely limited Handcrafted Sparkling Wine in Southern Oregon. This 2015 Vintage was limited to 860 bottles, only.
Available for purchase at Harry & David Country Village, Cartwright’s, Jacksonville Inn, and Old 99 Wine Shop in Southern Oregon.
